Green Impressions, a leading landscaping company in Sheffield Village, Ohio, is seeking experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our team. We pride ourselves on creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients and providing a supportive work environment for our employees. Responsibilities

• Prepare trucks and equipment for daily tasks
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, weeding, and debris removal
• Install plantings and flowers, ensuring proper soil preparation, planting techniques, and watering
• Apply mulch and maintain bed edges
• Wash equipment and trucks at the end of each day
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, and seasonal cleanups
• Proficiency with mowers, leaf blowers, weed whackers, and other basic hand tools
• Ability to walk 10+ miles per day, lift 50-70 lbs. frequently, and bend/kneel for up to 9 hours a day
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding marijuana)

Compensation

Hourly wage: $16-$19, commensurate with experience.

Shift Information:

• Monday-Friday, with Saturdays as needed.
• Start time: 7:30 AM
• End time: Variable (Typically between 4:00-6:00 PM)

We are looking for employees from the following cities: Amherst, Avon, Avon Lake, Bay Village, Elyria, Fairview Park, Lorain, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, Rocky River, Sheffield, Sheffield Lake, Vermilion, Westlake. And any others you are willing to commute from!
