Schedule:

• Early morning, Day, and Evening Shifts
• Store Hours Mon-Thu 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. / Fri-Sat 8:00 a.m. - midnight / Closed Sundays

Crumbl, the fastest-growing franchise in the country is opening several stores in the Philadelphia region. It's a fast-paced environment designed in an "Open Bakery" concept where customers get to watch every step of the cookie baking process. Our need for constant washing of equipment and keeping the bakery area clean relies on this job.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing customer service
• Operating various kitchen equipment: oven, mixer, etc.
• Making dough, balling dough, frosting and decorating cookies
• Maintaining proper storage of food products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the facility
• Ensure a supply of clean baking sheets, tools, and mixing bowls during retail hours
• Conduct sweeps and mopping of of line, bakery, and lobby as needed during retail hours
• Empty trash and manage cleaning towel supplies during retail hours
• Clean and sweep under equipment after closing (night shifts)
• Clean floor with EZ Mop (all-in-one, single-pass electric mop)
• Keep dishwashing room organized and stocked with needed cleaning supplies
• Keep ingredients stock room organized and work stations supplied with needed supplies

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
