LoanStar Title Loans - Customer Service Representative / Float Position (Entry Level)

** We are currently hiring for our location on 6825 US Highway 87 E, China Grove, TX 78263 - will float to our Floresville location**

Incentives:

* Full Time positions: rotating Monday - Friday 10am-6pm and rotating Saturdays 9am-2pm. Closed Sundays!

Requirements:

* Bilingual is a plus

* Must be 18 years or older

* Must be able to work full time

* A high school degree or equivalent

* Basic computer and date entry experience

* Minimum 2 years customer service experience

* Collections experience preferred

* Criminal background check

* Consumer credit check

* Drug screen

Primary Responsibilities:

* Provide superior customer service

* Loan processing

* Cash handling

* Collection calls
