Part-time temporary position to assist in data entry projects within the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. Assist with data import needs for the teaching qualifications panel in the Faculty Success (Digital Measures) platform.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Scan faculty transcripts for Faculty Success
• Data entry for Faculty Success
• Test reports generated from Faculty Success
• Maintain office supplies and office copier
• Assist in developing council schedules for AY 2023-2024
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Software: Has knowledge in the Microsoft suite of programs. Batch email skills. Use of PDF editing software.
• Analysis: Has experience in analyzing small data sets in Excel or other spreadsheet program.
