Buffalo Car Care Dealer Solutions is looking for a positive, motivated individual with high attention to detail to fill a technician roll in our in-dealer locations in Rochester.

Job brief:

We are looking for a positive individual with a passion for cars. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Candidate must have extreme attention to detail with a hunger for higher achievement.

Responsibilities:

-Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction for our customers

-Have high attention to detail to provide the best product

-Have the ability to complete work in a timely fashion

-Perform detail services for our wholesale and retail customers

-Help foster a safe work environment that creates prosperity

Requirements:

-Experience in a detail shop or other automotive shop is preferred but not necessary

-Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc)

-Strong communication and time management skills

-Customer satisfaction-oriented

-Attention to detail

-Sales skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift

• Vehicle Washers & Detailers: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
