We are currently hiring for a detail oriented and reliable E-Commerce Account Specialist. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with a 3PL account overseeing logistics and coordination.

As part of the E-commerce Account Specialist Role and Operational Team, this role will support the team's objective of building a best-in-class transactional experience. This position will manage merchant accounts, oversee returns, spot check bin locations, and address customer service inquires with the implementation of various WMS including NetSuite and Shopify - with the goal of ensuring metrics are achieved alongside business objectives.

The E-Commerce Account Specialist would be responsible for overseeing JLUXLABEL's 3PL Account. This position is primarily located in Chino, CA. Once a week the E-Commerce Account Specialist will be required to commute to our headquarters located in Chatsworth, CA. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply.

Job Description:

JLUXLABEL E-Commerce Account Specialist will work for JLUXLABEL and be onsite at 3PL. This person will overlook the account and its performance. On site responsibility’s are but not limited too:

• Cycle counts, verifying Bin and Locations for accuracy. Oversee return process and verify damages.
• Handle customer service inquires
• Work with Operations team on problem solving/ troubleshoot issues on shipping of goods.
• Spot check bin locations, overlook and track supply inventory and report back any labor issues
• E-Commerce Account Specialist will be on the floor and be the ears and eyes of the company
• Will work at 3PL 4 days a week and report back to HQ 1 day of the week.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service environment with the ability to drive problems to resolution is a must.
• Experience in 3PL warehouse, Handle high end accounts
• Must have good computer operation skills and accurate data entry.
• Excel, and Word.
• Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent at minimum is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• 8AM-430PM

Travel requirement:

• 1 day of the week must be able to report to HQ located in Chatsworth CA

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chino 3PL 4 days of the week
• Chatsworth 1 day out of the week.
