Floating Leasing Assistant (Not Site Specific)
FUNCTION: Handle all leasing, marketing, sales, customer service and administrative responsibilities.
REPORTS TO: Regional Property Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including, but not limited to)
Marketing/Sales/Leasing/Customer Service
- Handle sales, outreach, prospecting and lead generation with a focus on converting leads into sales.
- Conduct marketing surveys and weekly traffic reports. Make recommendations based on analysis of reports.
- Handle marketing outreach to include interacting with neighborhood groups and community organizations.
- Greet prospective residents and show apartments
- Assist in the preparation of newsletters, market surveys and resident activities. Attend all assigned resident activities.
Administrative/Operations
- Process applications and lease renewals
- Enter guest cards and traffic information
- Assist new residents during the move in process.
- Work with the maintenance team to handle apartment turnovers, move ins and move out and work order requests.
- Maintain effective internal controls over operational activities in compliance with best practice policies and guidelines.
- Works at multiple properties, covering staff days off and as additional support during high traffic periods.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in leasing, sales and customer service.
- Ability to develop rapport.
- Ability to complete tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
HOURS: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00
Saturday 10:00 – 4:00
