Yucca Yards is a local landscaping company that provides a variety of services to our clients. We are based in Yucca Valley, but service other local towns like Morongo Valley and Joshua Tree, with Palm Springs and Palm Desert in the near future.

Our employees are our top priority and my door is always open for you, 24 hours a day.

Now on to the job at hand.

The starting pay will range from $16/hour to $20/hour starting out based on experience and skill.

A landscaper is detail and customer oriented. Most of this work will be labor intensive, but sometimes it requires a creative mind to install a landscape that we can be proud of. A well-maintained yard can add value to a property by as much as 15%. It's our job to give as much value as possible.

You will be weeding, raking, trimming, digging, lifting, pulling, placing, loading, hauling, cleaning, and everything in between.

This job is part-time, so hours may range from 10 to 30 hours per week depending on work load.

There are multiple avenues for quick and easy promotion (Ground Maintenance Supervisor: $17/hour - $22/hour) based on work efficiency and , leadership, and organizational skills.

Ground Maintenance Supervisors have their own work truck and team with commission potential from estimates.

• Yucca Valley, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
