Looking to hire a lead carpenter capable of making drywall repairs, install cabinets, trim, flooring,windows,and tile

This is a high paced position where the lead carpenter will work on residential jobs completing repairs after a fire, flood or mold loss. They will be responsible for communicating with project managers and help establish and execute project timelines

Job Summary

• Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, conforming to local building codes.
• Constructs board ups.

General Accountability:

• Studies blueprints, sketches, or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required, such as lumber or fiberboard, and dimensions of structure or fixture to be fabricated.
• Marks cutting and assembly lines on materials.
• Erects framework for structures.
• Fits and installs prefabricated window frames, doors, doorframes, weather stripping, interior and exterior trim, and finish hardware, such as locks, letter drops, tile and kick plates.
• Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Responsible for going to pick up supplies at various vendors for jobs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
