Part-Time Flexible Evening Hours!

This role is designed for those with previous supervisory experience in any field, and want to continue to hone those skills in a supervisory capacity with us! The Fast Track program does exactly what the title implies – puts one on a FAST TRACK learning the fundamentals of our company quickly during the first 30 days to move into supervisory and leadership positions fast! This is an excellent part-time opportunity for someone with previous leadership or management experience that is looking to work flexible hours Sunday through Thursday evenings while earning extra income that will benefit them financially as well as enhancing their professional skills in leading people.

Job Description: On our Fast Track program you will be assigned to one of our locations for 20-30 days to give you the opportunity to get to know us, what we do, and to demonstrate attention to detail and quality work. After this initial period, you are eligible to fast track to a leadership role, upon a successful evaluation.

Duties include: During the initial 30 days, you will be working as our entry level employees do, providing a clean working environment for our Customers. Dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping are the core tasks that our evening cleaners perform. That 30 day period not only allows you to more thoroughly get to know us, but it allows us to observe your commitment to Customer Satisfaction through quality work and your positive attitude. Although the Fast Track program does not guarantee a position on the leadership team, this does allow you an expedited process to qualify for the role.

Members of our leadership team are responsible for the support of our Controller team members. This is done by providing leadership, employee training, quality control inspections, and delivering supplies to your team and accounts as needed.

Location: Treasure Valley area, including Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell

Pay Range: $1200 - $1500 per month

Minimum Qualifications: Management, supervisory, lead, or leadership experience
