Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for composite material production, plastic part production, quality control testing, material logistics, meeting production rate within a given deadline, and other assignments.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years’ experiences in manufacturing or handling chemicals.

Requirements:

· Must have at least HS diploma.

· Must be US citizen or permanent resident to access ITAR data.

· Previous chemical experience and computer skill preferred.

· This position follows established standard operating procedures and maintains a strict attention to detail.

· Consistently displays strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Can be trained to follow standard operational production process.

· Must strictly follow company’s safety policies.

· Must be willing to be supervised and follow the instructions from supervisor or engineer and perform the assigned tasks.

· Proven ability to adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements, including documentation as required.

· Familiarity in mechanics and/or electronics is a plus.

· Consistently displays a strong attention to detail.

· Proven ability to meet individual and departmental production goals.

· Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds on regular basis.

· Requires prolonged standing. Require eye-hand coordination and sufficient manual dexterity to operate foam production machinery, testing equipment, computer, keyboard, and other production or QC equipment.

Compensation: Hour rate: $17.50-$20/hr depending on qualification, experiences and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
