Key Responsibilities:

• Support Material Planning processes, standard work and initiatives in support of North Berwick Aero Systems Supply Chain Value Stream.
• Provide Business Units with accurate schedules and planning parameters to meet delivery requirements, raw material and details to meet scheduled demands, working to achieve inventory goals and participation in materials projects as needed.
• Possess in-depth SAP skills to research and manage system logistics of part flow and module deliveries.
• Work directly with Business Unit teams to assure their successful on-time delivery of material for engine/module build and spare part requirements.
• Interface via phone and e-mail with domestic and foreign customers daily.
• Perform in a fast-paced environment, with multitask functions and well organized and self-directed skills set.
• Flexibility around shifts, for training and to maintain workflow, to include overtime.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience in materials and/or materials planning; OR Associate degree with 7+ years’ experience in materials and/or materials planning; OR, a High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in materials and/or materials planning
• 1+ years’ experience with SAP
• US Citizenship required due to government contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aerospace Experience
• Experience in Microsoft Office including Excel pivot table and v-lookups etc.

  Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
