  • Lindenhurst, IL
  • Gurnee, IL

Illinois Bone & Joint is currently seeking qualified physical therapist applicants to work in a dynamic and collaborative outpatient environment. Job Qualifications/Essential Duties:

  • Delivery of exceptional patient care
  • Interpret physician orders, performs initial evaluations and establishes treatment plans and functional goals
  • Responsible for upgrading and amending the treatment goals as necessary during the episode of care
  • Written documentation on patient status to physicians per compliance guidelines of IBJI rehab
  • Compliant with billing and coding guidelines
  • Determine appropriate discharge timeline and appropriate follow up
  • Maintain active state license by earning appropriate CEUs through outside courses and IBJI sponsored educational opportunities
  • Develop positive relationships with the physician teams at IBJI
  • Participate in programs sponsored by IBJI: Mentoring, clinical educator, special interest group, community outreach
  • Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in the state of Illinois
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Professional and effective writing and verbal communication skills
