Long Home Products is a trusted home improvement company since 1945, and we are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Taunton, MA

$Pay: $20 - $25 / hr

Primary Purpose & Function:
Deliver prompt, reliable service to our customers while embodying our Mission, Vision, and Values
Facilitates payment of invoices due by contacting clients and subcontractors by phone or email to request final payment
Receives and processes payments by credit card or check directly from the customers or customer via the subcontractor or Service Technician
Provides completion certificate to finance department upon completion of a job when applicable
Completes 5 days and 1 day call out reminders of service while setting the expectation of the service for the customer
Answers questions and handles complaints from customers regarding final payment or service issue after 2 weeks of the original install
Informs Project Manager/Service Technician of any customer complaints regarding services provided for resolution
Keeps record of all conversations in the client racking system in a comprehensible way
Answers all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Performs administrative support to the department as needed
Protects customer information and the organization's value by keeping information confidential
Perform other related duties as assigned

Desired Skills/Experience:
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
High school diploma or equivalent.
6 to 12 months related experience in a customer service role
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion and must be able to keep sensitive information completely confidential
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email
Excellent data entry skills
Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to develop a rapport with customers over the phone quickly
Ability to learn and use new software quickly
Excellent customer service skills
Basic math ability; add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measurement.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements and procedural manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees in the organization.
