Position Summary:

Semper Solaris is looking for an organized and motivated Regional Operational Manager for our Solar Operations department. The Regional Operational Manager must have a minimum of 5 years experience managing Solar, Electrical and/or roofing operations. . The ideal candidate will be motivated, dedicated, and a team player. In addition, the ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and a genuine care to his/her craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pipeline - manage operations pipeline through branch staff to take projects from post sale to project completion. Average Los Angeles pipeline is 1,000 active projects
• Construction operations - manage day to day construction operations via Construction Manager and Crew Leads
• Oversee job cost - ensure projects are built profitably and manage job costs until project completion
• Warehouse management - supervise warehouse personnel to maintain accurate inventory records
• Manage account receivables - ensure timely payment by customers at time of construction
• Customer service - supervise office staff to provide consistent customer communications and an excellent customer experience

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in construction industry, solar or roofing experience preferred
• Experience managing multiple installation crews, office staff, and subcontractors
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, management or equivalent experience
• Strong financial acumen - ability to read and interpret project budgets, invoices, and project costs.
• High computer literacy - experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365, and Salesforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Rate: $85,000 to $100,000 Annually Depending on Experience
