Responsibilities:
- Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations
- Review tax returns prepared by junior staff
- Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for tax return preparation
- Assist clients with tax audits and other tax-related issues
- Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Train and mentor junior staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification
