Where you'll work:
Our hybrid workplace model offers the freedom to work fully remote or occasionally in one of our offices. This is a remote position with a hybrid option for candidates based in Charlotte, NC.

How you'll contribute:
As a Senior Third Party Risk Analyst, you'll be responsible for performing third party risk management duties through cooperative effort with third parties, business partners, risk partners, and the procurement team. This position reports to the Director of Third Party Risk Management.

In this role, you'll get to:
  • Serve as point of contact for third party risk oversight activities
  • Collaborate with assigned internal business partners to evaluate risks related to certain third-party service providers, as part of the company's overall Third Party Risk Management Program
  • Develop high quality supplier risk management solutions to support achievement of business unit objectives
  • Engage with Procurement, Risk Partners, and Supplier Managers to develop criteria for monitoring suppliers' risk and performance effectiveness
  • Execute the Third Party Risk Methodology and provide training/guidance to Procurement, Business Partners, Supplier Managers and Suppliers
  • Coordinate and manage Third Party risk assessments on set schedules and ensure appropriate remediation activities
  • Organize, facilitate, and lead risk review meetings between Third Parties, Risk Partners, Procurement and Business Supplier Managers

We're looking for people who have:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 3-5 years professional experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory and business environment around third party risk and procurement systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills who works well in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in diverse environment adhering to the highest ethical standards
  • Broad working knowledge of supplier risk management best practices
  • Above average knowledge of vendor contracts and risk constructs
  • Strong working knowledge of supplier SLAs, KPIs, and risk management techniques
  • Understanding and commitment to the continuous business improvement process
  • Understanding of the business needs and requirements for procured goods and services
  • Experience with GRC technology solutions including GEP SMART and/or IBM Open Pages is helpful
