Senior Technical Recruiter

The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for:

• Work with assigned clients to proactively understand their Talent Acquisition needs for current and upcoming demand.
• Develop or modify job descriptions and screening questions specific to positions based on scope of work to be performed.
• Source and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Identify innovative ways to source and attract quality candidates.
• Screen candidates to ensure qualification for positions to be filled from entry level to senior level.
• In conjunction with clients maintain a calendar for scheduling interviews, onboarding process and start.
• Recruit and make contingent offers of employment to qualified candidates.
• Effectively communicate and negotiate all pieces of an offer package.
• Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System and other reporting platforms in real time with candidate information.
• Generate and provide reports to internal and external customers to communicate and consult on Talent Acquisition key performance indicators, strategic sourcing efforts, labor, and wage analysis, etc.
• Attend job fairs and other industry events to build brand awareness and attract talent.

Requirements:

• Seven years plus experience managing full-cycle recruitment process for management, engineering and technical positions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated corporate and/or staffing agency experience with direct and contract hiring.
• Demonstrated sourcing and recruiting experience across industries served by e2o.

Skills & Abilities:

• Detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work with multiple clients.
• Experience with a major applicant tracking system (Workday or Taleo preferred).
• Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
