The Territory Estimator is a key role within the company, responsible for securing sales of our home services offerings, focusing on new garage doors, plumbing, and electric services for residential customers. This is a mobile role requiring local travel within an assigned territory. The successful Territory Estimator must have time management skills and experience in the sales process of finding new clients, building partner relationships networks, and be knowledgeable of available products, proficient with measurements, and communicate all of this effectively to homeowners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and self-directed, with excellent communication skills. Depending on your physical location, this role could cover our North Georgia, Metro Atlanta, Peachtree City, Gainesville, or Athens locations.

Salesforce and ServiceTitan knowledge are preferred, but not required

Sales Training & Sales Methodology Required

Requirements: 21+ years old, clean driving record and background check, negative drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and reach out to potential business partners to establish partnerships and working relationships to generate ongoing revenue. Focus on building channel relationships with current and establishing new partnerships with construction companies, HOA, Realtors, and other areas of home services.
  • Sales Leads: Travel to possible partner locations, (HOA, Builders, Architects, Realistate agents) and customers’ homes, establish rapport & discover their needs, and present options for Home Services (new garage doors and operators, plumbing, and electric services).
  • Quotes: Create detailed quotes, work with service managers and teams as needed, including digital renderings of proposed doors, and present to customers, and close sales.
  • Communication: Set proper expectations with partners & customers regarding the next steps, time frame, and payment terms. Ensure office staff is aware of all details of each sale
  • Documentation: Collect detailed garage measurements and take photos for the installer’s reference. Upload all data into the customer’s account in CRM software.
  • Follow Up: Maintain communication with all unsold prospects in order to close as many sales as possible. Log communications in CRM software.
  • Team Player: As a Territory Estimator, you will be part of a Sales team supported by outside Designers and inside Designers. Maintaining communication with your team members to support clients, sales process, and implementation.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Maintain upkeep of company vehicles per Fleet guidelines, at company expense.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Compensation

  • 2-12% Commission on the profit of all doors & operators, plumbing, and electric services sold from self-generated channel leads with assistance from Inside Sales or Outside Estimators.
  • 5%-10% Commission on the profit of all doors & operators sold from company-generated leads with assistance from Inside Sales
  • KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) will be determined by Management on a monthly and/or quarterly basis
  • $52,000 Guaranteed Base
  • PDS Benefits Package (Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K)
  • Semi-Weekly Payroll
