Team Lead

The Team Lead is responsible for the day to day operational standards of our restaurant, including daily supervision of employees and maintaining the food quality of the restaurant. In addition, the Team Lead will also assist in ensuring all policies and procedures and restaurant standards are met. The Team Lead reports directly to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to lead well
• Accurately complete daily checklists as assigned
• Maintain daily cash handling procedures
• Ability to open and close restaurant
• Assist in training new and current employees in restaurant standards, policies, and procedures
• Providing feedback to Assistant GM or GM on employee performance
• Uphold and maintain S+H culture, policies, standards, and procedures
• Maintain positive attitude to employees and customers
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas
• Solving customer issues with L.A.S.T (Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank)
• Maintain food cost and portion control
• Utilizing S.O.U.P. (Sense of Urgency Please) daily
• Ensure all food items meet S+H standards for quality and presentation
• Enforce sanitation practices for good handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
• Maintain restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
• Manage shifts as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Leadership/Team Lead Experience
• SERV Safe certified or able to be certified
• ABC licensed or able to be licensed (18 years or older)
• Must be willing to learn products and policies
• Must be willing to work day and night shifts

Job Type:

•Part-time and Full-time

•25+ hours/week; days, nights, weekends, holidays
